Quick Pickles

Slice a cucumber to desired shape and thickness; sticks, slices, etc. and place in a glass canning jar. Combine balsamic vinegar, water, and all seasonings in a saucepan. Heat until boiling, then pour directly over cucumbers in the glass jar. Put the lid on and let cool. Put into the refrigerator when no longer hot. Let sit a few hour or overnight. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3/4 C of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 C water

1 clove garlic, chopped

Salt and pepper

Other additions like fresh dill, celery seed, mustard seed, red pepper flakes, etc

Directions
