Roasted Asparagus

Preheat oven to 425°F Wash asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with oil and balsamic. Shake the pan so the asparagus rolls in the mixture and stems are evenly coated. Sprinkle with the sea salt. Place in preheated oven and roast for 12 minutes, until fork tender. Serve immediately.

1 large bunch asparagus

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

2 T of The Olive Bin's White Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp flaky sea salt
