White Truffle Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash and quarter the potatoes and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Begin a thin drizzle of white truffle oil and then balsamic vinegar over potatoes and season with sea salt and black pepper. Put in oven on center shelf and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh chives, Serve and Enjoy!

4-6 Yukon Gold potatoes

2 T of The Olive Bin's White Truffle Oil

2 T of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18- Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 T fresh snipped chives

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper
