1-lb bag of coleslaw mix
1 bag of matchstick-cut carrots
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's A-Premium Balsamic Vinegar
3 T of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C sliced scallions
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of half a lime
1 C fresh cilantro, chopped
1 T sesame seeds, toasted

- Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top with toasted sesame seeds.
